Dr. Rakhee Sagar

I visited her in 2013 for the first time and then recently in Dec, 2017. No change at all. Very friendly and professional. I liked the way she was explaining me the things I wanted to know. I will definitely recommend her to my friends. Very much satisfied with her suggestions.

The equipment was old and dirty. The facilities in DC market were pretty run down with dust everywhere and wires coming loose. It's not even part of the bigger noble clinic in DC market.

She didn't have any machine to determine the specs of our glasses. We were asked to go to an equally run down optician shop nearby.

One would probably get infected in her 'room'

Very disappointed.

She didn't even check power , shocking statement made by her to get checked by optical shop.
